Example file from PP 2016
Attached document contains custom bullet symbols on the third and fourth level
bullets on the master slide.
When opened in Impress, these are replaced with the usual dot and endash
symbols.
1. Open attached file
2 Go to View - Master slide
-> The bulleted list in the autolayouts area misses the "checked box" bullet
(actually a .png image) in the third and fourth levels. Also the second level
is "dot" in PP, but "endash" in Impress.

This may sound like bug 77743, but that one is Linux-specific and this is also
