Example of paragraph border not respecting frame spacing
If you set up a frame on the left of the page with right spacing, and then
write some text to the right of it and add a bottom border to the paragraph,
the paragraph itself will respect the frame's spacing and be placed correctly,
but the bottom border will be behind the frame, as if it starts from the left
edge of the page, ignoring the frame's spacing.
The expected behavior would be stat the border would start from the left edge
of the paragraph, respecting the frame's spacing, just like the text itself.
