Description:
When I want to write a function in the formula bar, the function’s writing help
tooltip hides the function I am writing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable all toolbars
2. Activate the formula bar
3. Click inside the formula bar
4. Start writing any function. Example: =sum(
Actual Results:
The help tooltip for writing the function appears. But it appears over the
formula bar, which prevents seeing the formula one is writing.
Expected Results:
The function’s writing help tooltip appears at a location that allows reading
what one is writing.
