Description:
F1 key (for help) not working in Start Center after opening.
After You start Start Center and press F1 key nothing happened.
If you click in left down corner on Help, help opens.
If you return to Start Center and now press F1 key, help is opening now, all is
OK now.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. After You start Start Center and press F1 key nothing happened.
2. If you click in left down corner on Help, help opens.
3. If you return to Start Center and now press F1 key, help is opening now, all
is OK now.
Actual Results:
F1 key (for help) not working in Start Center after opening.
Expected Results:
F1 key should work from the start.
