After upgrading from 24 to 25 version, the following command "soffice
--headless --convert-to pdf...." produce empty PDF file for .svg, .emf and .emz
image formats.
The above image formats can't be converted to PDF using 25.2.4.3 version but
works ok in version 24.8.
