We already have Open,Edit,Remove Hyperlink in the context menu when a hyperlink
is selected.
Similar we should have an "Insert Hyperlink" item when the user selects a piece
of text which is not yet a hyperlink. This should be placed below the "Insert
comment" item.
This allows quick hyperlink creation using the context menu.
MSO and GDocs have a similiar option in their context menu.
