On Gentoo linux, building Libreoffice now requires gtk3 built with wayland
(see Gentoo bug https://bugs.gentoo.org/958072 ).
I do not have any piece of wayland enabled software here,
because Xfce does not support wayland
and wayland is unable to handle my daily working environment reasonably
(continuously changing multi-screen environment
with many diffenent monitors and beamers).
Moreover, our linux terminal server for students at our university
(which I maintain) provides virtual linux sessions based on xrdp,
and xrdp will *never* support wayland or anything related to it.
So please do not require any wayland dependencies for building LO
and in prebuilt libreoffice downloads, do not assume
that wayland-enabled runtime libraries for gtk3 or anything else are available!
