In Chart, there is no Rotation item in Sidebar Properties.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc.
2. Insert Chart.
3. Select Chart.
4. Open sidebar and select Properties icon.
Actual Results:
5. Rotation section is not in "Position and Size".
Expected Results:
5. Rotation section is in "Position and Size".
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
For objects that can be easily rotated, they should also be editable in the
sidebar like any other object.
