Coming back to issue here is the contents of journal when trying to start
libreoffice 25.2.5.2 (installed from Fedora's rpm) on Fedora 42:

```
lip 27 22:06:27 hostx systemd[1262]: Started
app-\x2fusr\x2fbin\[email protected] -
/usr/bin/libreoffice.
lip 27 22:06:28 hostx kernel: Invalid ELF section header overflow
lip 27 22:06:28 hostx libreoffice[718395]: LibreOffice 25.2 - Fatal Error: The
application cannot be started.
lip 27 22:06:28 hostx libreoffice[718395]: LibreOffice user installation could
not be processed due to missing access rights. Please make sure that you have
sufficient access rights for the following location and restart LibreOffice:
lip 27 22:06:28 hostx libreoffice[718395]: /home/miner/.config/libreoffice/4
lip 27 22:06:29 hostx systemd[1262]:
app-\x2fusr\x2fbin\[email protected]:
Main process exited, code=exited, status=77/NOPERM
lip 27 22:06:29 hostx systemd[1262]:
app-\x2fusr\x2fbin\[email protected]:
Failed with result 'exit-code'.
lip 27 22:06:29 hostx systemd[1262]:
app-\x2fusr\x2fbin\[email protected]:
Consumed 987ms CPU time, 241M memory peak.
```

We had previously established the user has all required rights to
/home/miner/.config/libreoffice/4 so this is not a problem (Removing the whole
/home/miner/.config/libreoffice directory results in the same error).
However "Invalid ELF section header overflow" error reported by kernel is
telling.
Has anyone seen something like this?
What might be the reason for this error?
