Description:
Opening attached RTF results in a document so badly formatted that it's pretty
much unusable. I will leave it to the RTF gurus to change summary according to
the real reason the formatting breaks.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached RTF.
Actual Results:
A document so badly formatted that it is completely unusable.
Expected Results:
Correctly formatted document.
