Perform a complete uninstall (appwiz.cpl add/remove), Win registry clean up (, LibreOffice profile deletion or rename (default "%APPDATA%\LibreOffice\4"), and restart. Check Win registry for any residual "LibreOffice|soffice|DocumentFoundation" strings, and determine what they're held over from. If nothing proceed with a "clean" install of the .MSI package. Run a cmd window or powershell 'as administrator' Use the command line installer, e.g. "msiexec.exe /i and /L*v installLog.txt LibreOffice_25.2.5.2_Win_x86-64.msi" to log the install. If all goes well, should install and come up clean on first launch.
