Description:
When I open the attachment file (202330) for bug 167962,
the characters are placed in a different location.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attachment file

Actual Results:
be misaligned.
Exporting to PDF has extra spaces.
Expected Results:
The characters on one line are aligned
