Description:
Switching from an endnote to a footnote: the font size is not updated.
1. I create a endnote with font size 10 (default footnote font size is 8)
2. I change the attribute of the note to place it at the bottom of the page.
3. The note appears at the bottom of the page with the default size for
endnotes.
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
If the font size of the two types of notes is not the same when switching
between them, the size is not updated.
Expected Results:
If the font size of the two types of notes is not the same when switching
between them, the size should be updated.
