For example: You have a cursor shaped like a flower, and you click with it on an area with the image of a vase, which, on click, becomes a vase with flowers. Or a cursor which looks like a question mark; you can hover with it over areas corresponding to possible answers, and the the areas, or the cursors, or both, will change to indicate whether the answer is valid.
