Patch to add bash completion support for Apple Keynote files
LibreOffice Impress has been able to open Apple Keynote files for over a decade
now. However, its Bash completion code still lacks a `key` entry to allow these
files to be conveniently opened from the command line.
The attached patch should be all that's required to remedy this.
