If nothing else, if it's intended behaviour, it's an inconsistency in how the default bullet list is applied. The user sees bullet list in two locations and should expect to see the same outcome with both a actions. The attached document clearly shows a difference in indentation. Both Robert and Armondo have confirmed this difference in behaviour. Whilst not a show stopper, this inconsistency should be fixed. This may also apply to the other list types in the menu.
