Basepoint UI and rotation UI element are labeled ' default setting' in Rotation
tab
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. insert a shape
3. Press F4
4. Switch between position and size and rotation

Actual Results:
The tool configures is used to configure basepoint and has a default setting.
The label "Default setting" makes no sense. If you change basepoint it's not
default anymore anyhow
Same applies for the rotation tool. It should labeled "rotation" or even drop
the label as it's pretty self-explaining visually [no clue if required for
accessibility]
Expected Results:
Label the Basepoint tool Basepoint. Label the rotation tool rotation
