I worked with a "docx" file in LibreOffice, I attached Comments, I saved this document, and closed. After I opened it again each Comments disappeared from this "docx". Colouring remained, but the Comments have been gone. I got the usual warning that some setting can disappear because of the format, but I have never experience such a serious problem, so I didn't know that my 3-hours work could be lost.
