Problem description: When starting Impress from the command line and using the
--show parameter the "exchange" button cannot be pressed without the
application crashing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Impress from the command line using the --show "{filename}" parameter
2. Once the slideshow has loaded press the "Exchange" button
3. ....
Current behavior: Crash followed by document recovery. On reload the windows
have been exchanged as expected.
Expected behavior: No crash, windows swapped exactly like they do when not
using the --show parameter
