Description:
The style spotlight should be on the left in horizontal writing, but on the top
in vertical writing.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter some text.
2.Set page formatting to Right-to-left(vertical).
3.Check Spotlight in Sidebar Styles.
Actual Results:
A spotlight appears to the left of the row
Expected Results:
A spotlight appears above the row
