Bug ID: 168170
Summary: Regression Bug: Copying from Calc 25.8.0.4 as Image to
Paint results in blank/empty content
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: LibreOffice

Description:
Hello,
I am writing to report a regression bug in the latest version of LibreOffice
Calc regarding the "Copy " functionality.
Description:
In previous versions (e.g., 25.2.2), I could successfully copy a selected range
of cells or a table and paste it as an image into applications like Microsoft
Paint. The content would paste correctly.
In the current version (25.8.0.4 (X86_64) Build ID:
48f00303701489684e67c38c28aff00cd5929e67), this functionality is broken. When I
paste the copied content into Paint, the result is a blank or empty image. The
dimensions of the pasted image seem correct, but it contains no text or data.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open a spreadsheet in LibreOffice Calc 25.8.0.4.
Select a range of cells containing text and data.
Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to copy the selection.
Open Microsoft Paint (or another image editor).
Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V to paste.
Result: A blank image is pasted. The expected text and table grid are missing.
Expected Result:
The selected cells should be pasted as an image with all text and formatting
visible, as it did in version 25.2.2.
Best regards
