When a tab is selected, the placement of the label is shifted off-center. I
think this might be built-in/intentional because the default GNOME GTK theme
(Adwaita) underlines the selected tab, which potentially is a rationale for
shifting it upwards, but with other GTK themes, including those shipped by
distros, or user themes (as shown in the example recording), this looks very
off.
Expected behavior would be the tab label does not move when the tab is
selected.
