Unable to place cursor in table cell by left click for certain table
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (simplified version of: attachment 165491
2. Place cursor in row 1, 2 or 3 by left click (not working)
3. Delete the top row.. everything is fine now
Actual Results:
No cursor in the cell
Expected Results:
Blinking cursor
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
