Description:
All icons (Dashboard, Menus, Toolbars) are missing since - if I recall
correctly - 25.x branch.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a virtual Windows 11 Pro ARM machine in Parallels Desktop Pro (or
probably any other ARM-type Windows-VM or probably on a native ARM PC)
2. Install Libre Office Versions from 25.x on, clean, no userprofile
Notice: Light / Dark modes or other optional settings are irrelevant.
Actual Results:
All icons (Dashboard, Menus, Toolbars) are missing
Expected Results:
Normal standard GUI as with Libre Office < 25
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

installation.
