We must first understand why customer happiness is so important to businesses
before we can discuss why Lowe's polls its customers. The degree to which
consumers are happy with the company's offerings and their entire experience is
known as customer satisfaction. It is crucial to the company's success since
satisfied clients are more likely to be repeat customers, recommend the firm to
friends and family, and support its long-term growth and profitability.
