Description:
On the "Extensions: Gallery" dialog, the term "Voting" is used for the star
rating of each extension. This sounds quite strange in English, as the word
"voting" refers to the act of casting a vote:

"Rating", on the other hand, refers not only to the act, but also the result of
rating something, which is the case here: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/rating
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In e.g. Writer, open the Gallery sidebar deck
2. Click the button with the tooltip "Add more galleries via extension" to open
the dialog
Actual Results:
The term "Voting" is used in a unusual way.
Expected Results:
The term "Rating" is used, which is more natural English.
