difference of apostrophe

When write in a cell a text with APOSTROPHE (', ascii 39), Calc use this (’,
ascii 146)

Trouble occurs when i check or search this text or when is exported in other
program ex. Base. (try to finding text but mismatch Ascii 39 with Ascii 146 and
the search fails)
