This is flagged as an export bug. What should have been provided was an ODT document. When we are given an example document that doesn't even open "properly", this "export bug" is untestable. Better yet, we should have been provided with a DOCX file that opens in LO with the correct date formatting, but fails to round-trip that. (So something created in MS Word...) At this point this bug report hasn't even proved that DOCX supports such a field.
