Fixed in 26.2, compliments of bug 91151.

Also fixed by that commit ^^^.

"Resume" has to do with the dialog going in and out of focus, so that can
easily be a difference between GTK and Windows' implementation of a drop-down
for selecting the add-to-dictionary.
