Bug ID: 168626
Summary: Formatting Marks / Formatting Aids Disappearing after
I Order to Print the Document
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 25.2.2.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Description:
I was using LibreOffice Writer with Formatting Marks / Aids Enabled, I was
seeing all formatting marks / aids (Spaces, Paragraphs, etc.).
Then I ordered to print the document, the print dialogue closed and all the
formatting marks / aids disappeared.
The Formatting Marks / Aids Options was still Enabled. Disabling and Enabling
does NOT solve the problem.
To solve the problem I need to go to ("Tools" - "Options" - "LibreOffice
Writer" - "Formatting Aids") and then RE-select all the display options i want
to appear when the Formatting Marks option are enabled.
It appear that all the DIsplay options in the Formattings Aids tab dissapear
when I order to print the document.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable the Formatting Marks (Crtl + F10);
2. Print the document;
3. When the print dialogue close the formatting marks are still enabled, but
the display options under the Formatting Aids Tab are dissabled, meaning tou
cannot see more the formatting marks;
(It happened Three times with me, but I can“t reproduce it)
Actual Results:
Sometimes the Formatting Marks are still visible, sometimes they all
disappeared.
Expected Results:
The formatting Marks never should dissapear.
Reproducible: Sometimes
