Testing the fixes; firstly on Windows 10; General Input/Output Error occurring
depending on size.

1. Create and Save files of numbers only using Steps 1 to 7
2. Copy a nd Paste blocks down to row 200000.
3. File >Save As > "200 million block.ods" saves and can be re-opened and
used.
4. Tested using A1:ALL200000 and A1:BXX100000, both (Count 200000000)
successful. The array of 200 million cells either narrow (to column ALL) or
broad (to column BXX) has a successful saved ods file size of about 1,141,876
KB.

5. Copy and Paste blocks to A1:BXX200000 (now at Count 400000000).
6. File > Save As > "400 million block.ods" does save yet with the warning at
the end. "Error saving the document 200 million (the file name before new
save): General Error. General input/output error"

The array of 400 million cells A1:ALL400000 has an ods size of 2,295,451 KB.
The array of 400 million cells A1:BXX200000 has an ods size of 2,283,733 KB.

NOTES: Windows 10 Resource Monitor shows Process soffice.bin making quite a
few Hard Faults/sec at the beginning of the Save, then none more. The PC has
32 GB which is enough.
