It should be possible to insert a large image into a document, and then scale
it such that the image is 1 page wide, by multiple pages tall. Obviously this
would look horrible when printed, but this is sometimes intentional.
(Root-cause: I'm trying to insert a multi-page PDF into an existing writer
document. This doesn't work, so I tried creating a very tall png.)
