The location was made a clickable link in bug 135896

I noticed that gtk3 allows us to right-click the link and copy the URL. This
lead me to testing kf6 UI with SAL_VCL_QT_USE_WELDED_WIDGETS=1 and
right-clicking gave me the URL copying item there as well. So I would say that
this will naturally get solved when we move to native widgets on Windows.
Realistically, it might be with Qt on Windows as Microsoft has given up on
providing a native UI toolkit with C++ support.

For lack of a better status, I will close as invalid.
