Description:
After that, formula editor fx doesn't open, cannot select other Sheet tab,
cannot close sheet, etc.
Steps to Reproduce:
1- Select a cell with formula.
2- Open Formula Editor with fx (should work).
3- Select a cell with Cell Range validation
4- Open Data Validation, click on Select formula and then OK (no need to make
changes).
Actual Results:
Cannot edit cell formulas with fx, cannot select other sheet, cannot close
sheet, cannot quit, etc.
Same on Safe Mode.
Expected Results:
Everything should work.
Reproducible: Always
