Description:
I attempted to upgrade my Libre Office program to 25.8.1.1. My record of apps
and programs shows it as in there and it's on my startup list but the shortcut
was not changed to reflect this and when I hit it I do not get Libre writer and
my documents are in limbo. The shortcut is now gone.
I am a 10-year plus user of Libre and this has never happened before when I
upgrade. These documents are very valuable to me and I need them back. If I
uninstall then reinstall the above will I lose them altogether or will I return
to the previous level of the program? If neither what to I do to recover them,
do I let you do that or do we work together. I really need to know just what
to do.

Actual Results:
I hit the icon to begin installation of the above program. It appears to be so
on my list of programs but I cannot access it.
Expected Results:
When I hit the shortcut for Libre Office writer I get it and when I request
documents I get my library of printed ones.
