Description:
When opening the master slides sidebar (alt+8) you can only scroll if you hover
the scroll bar but not if you hover the master slides.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open master slides side bar (alt+8)
2. Have enough master slides so you can scroll
3. Try to use mouse wheel to scroll while hovering the master slides
Actual Results:
Not scrolling
Expected Results:
Scroll
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
