Description:
Random issue on file reopening when reviewing a documents (.docx) for
collaborative work. Random deletion of text section or missing tracked changes
appears when file is reopened following setting show deletion or insertion in
margin prior to last file save.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set show tracked changes option as deletion or insertion in margin and turn
on tracked changes.
2.Edit text and save the .docx file
3.Close and reopen the file
Actual Results:
Random deletion appears in tracked change and sometimes there are changes that
have disappeared.
Expected Results:
After re-opening a .docx file, the tracked changes included in file should be
identical to those at time of last save.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Same issue as Bug 165544, with the addition that similar event is observed with
"insertion in margin".

This is a huge issue for collaboration on .docx files, which is hard to track
due to randomness of modified tracked changes.
Exporting pdf enables workaround for sharing tracked changes but hinder text
editing capabilities.
