--- Comment #27 from Colin <[email protected]> --- I believe a formal definition of the procedures surrounding insertions and deletions of cells, columns and rows that are subject to Conditional Formatting is required. Should the formatting be expanded or isolated? This should "control" how ranges are grouped and ungrouped according to the actions being taken, and the user should be allowed to confirm their understanding of the impact and awareness of the probable remediation.
