Description:
When you go to Format Footer or Header and select "Same content on First Page",
it enables the other one as well.
I want to have same Header as the First page but not the same Footer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a Footer or Header
2.Click Format Footer/Header...
3.Click Same content on first page
Actual Results:
After applying, only shows the respectively one you select, but after closing
the dialog and reopening, it marks both.
Expected Results:
It should not change the settings for the other one (Header OR Footer).
Reproducible: Always
