This is a continuation of bug 168719. It should only be confirmed once we're
confident that bug 168719 won't need a revert.
Previously, LibreOffice let users optionally hide RTL/CTL and CJK features in
the user interface. A recent GUI change removed the options to do this, but the
underlying code to hide or show these features hasn't been removed yet.
