Problem description:
when printing a document writer will crash after clicking print
Steps to reproduce:
1. (using a printer tried HP D5460 and HP 3050) connect the printer
2. create a document
3. select the print option through shortcuts or the menu system
4. ok the print dialog box
5. crashes whilst sending the print
Current behavior:
crashes after clicking print
Expected behavior:
should not crash and should print the document
