            Bug ID: 168948
Summary: Clone format from comment to comment reverts font size
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.0.0 alpha0+ master
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
            Blocks: 101216, 107332

Reproduction instructions:

1. Insert a comment on some cell, with text "foo"
2. Insert a comment on another cell, with text "bar"
3. On the menus, toggle View > Comments
4. Enter the "foo" comment (e.g. by double-clicking its text) and select all
text
5. Reduce font size (e.g. from 10pt to 7pt)
6. Enter the "bar" comment (e.g. by double-clicking its text) and select all
text
7. Reduce font size (e.g. from 10pt to 7pt)
10. Select the "foo" comment
11. Press "Clone Formatting"
12. Select the "bar" comment

Expected result:
No change to the format of the "bar" comment or its text.

Actual result:
Font size in the "bar" comment reverts to original (e.g. 10 instead of 7)

Q: "But why is this a bug? Haven't we just applied some default font size of
comment boxes, to the "bar" comment?

A: If there is such an implicit CS in boxes, then it should be editable - both
as a named format generally, as DF via Format > Character... when selecting a
comment, and in the Properties sidebar deck; but none of these are enabled for
comment boxes (the Properties deck is enabled, but doesn't have anything
regarding font size, typeface etc.)
