I am running LibreOffice 25.8.1.1 (X86_64) build

In draw I notice that when I zoom in and then scroll say horizontally and then
start to scroll vertically any vertical lines often show a step on the window
boundary from when I stopped scolling. (The same applies in the other axis)
I suspect someone is doing something clever in the rendering to try to update
the scrolled image as I scroll, but is perhaps one scroll step out in updating
the underlying image data so when I scroll the other way to bring in new data
it gets regenerated from underlying data a few pixels out from the currently
displayed pixels.
I think I was previously on 25.2.5 and didn't see this effect, but have
recently upgraded.
To reproduce: draw a vertical line, zoom in and scroll left and right a bit,
ending with the line still in view. Then scroll a little up or down. I
usually see a slight step in the line at the window boundary from the
horizontal scrolling.
