You have 2 ways: - the 5 second method: right click on your TOC and choose Edit TOC. Check Additional styles and unchecked Index entries and Headings, and from Additional styles choose number "1" just for Heading 1. Done. - the second variant is for you to change the list style for example for "Be kind to others", this is a paragraph style "List 1" and if you click in the Navigator - Edit Style - Outline, you can see that you have defined it like a Level 1.
