Description:
"Repeat heading" right now may cause a weird situation when a few lines that
didn't fit in the page get a header even though it's pointless and looks bad
I'm proposing an algorithm where editing in the first header causes all lower
headers to change the same way, but lower headers themselves can be altered or
removed at will

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a table beyond 1 page
2.Set "repeat heading" on it
Actual Results:
Repeated header on every page
Expected Results:
Ability to change or remove individual headers without affecting the rest
Reproducible: Always
