BogdanB <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] | |g --- Comment #3 from BogdanB <[email protected]> --- "Always save version when closing If you have made changes to your document, LibreOffice automatically saves a new version when you close the document. If you save the document manually, do not change the document after saving, and then close, no new version will be created." >From what I understand: - if I work on something and dont save manually, but close the document, and LibreOffice is asking me to save, and I save, I will have a new version. I checked that. - if I work and save manually, no new version is created. It's a little bit strange but this is how it is working right now. What I want to add, is that if it will save a new version each time we save a document, my document will not fit on a hard drive. A 50 MB document will became 100 MB after 5 seconds if we press Ctrl+S, 150 MB after the second Ctrl+S and so on... So, maybe this was a way of limiting the increasing size of the document with verion control. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
