META bugs is about tracking any set of related bugs. But - this could be a
sub-meta-bug of Calc-UX.

Text boxes use a "Drawing Style" for the _outer_ features of the box. With the
box, there are paragraphs, there are lists, and there is text (= characters).
And those need Paragraph Styles, List Styles, and Character Styles. 

I never said "comment style".... comments are basically boxes, one should be
able to apply Drawing Style's to them; or possibly have a "structural drawing
style" which they're stuck with.
