Description:
When using draw, the positioning cross (+) is white and so is not visible on a
white background. The pointer and other curser shapes are visible.
Since I can not see the positioning cross it is not possible to use draw. I
have used Windows settings to try and change the colour but nothing works.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Draw
2.click line draw
3.Try to position line start point
Actual Results:
Line start point position cross is not visible
Expected Results:
Line start point position cross is visible
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
