I am weakly-against this, for three reasons:

1. We don't need to ask the user about these things: Their full name should
already been accessible to us, as is the region they're in and their languages.
The initials can be derived from the name, using an appropriate heuristic.
Corrections can be made after first startup as necessary. As for an
organizational affiliation, that might be a bit more tricky, but - most users
don't need this; and for those who do - maybe the people installing LO can
arrange for that to default to something appropriate. In fact, that might be a
subject for another bug...
2. I am worried about the inflation of first-startup settings users have to go
through. Although TBH, if a user can skip this, maybe it's not such a big deal.
3. Like Stuart says, the opposite transition was made a while ago; we would
need to look into the reason it was made and be convinced it was flawed or is
no longer relevant.
