I just lost 3 days of paid bookkeeping work to this which I will be redoing for free. While technically it is true - you display a message - it is in NO WAY CLEAR WHAT THE CONSEQUENCES WILL BE. As a user, I do not expect "save" to be a destructive action. Your message said something like "This action will only save the present sheet." As a user I think "that's weird, but no problem, I'll go and save the other sheet, and then save this one again". None of this makes the situation clear - that it's going to overwrite/delete the other sheets because this is a CSV which doesn't support multiple sheets.
